Perfect villa located in Asteras for whoever appreciates surroundings combining big space, quietness, great comfort, and style, the Villa offers accommodation for up to 12 people.  
  
The Villa comprises two units, with a vast garden and pool area facing the Sea. The decoration is modern with elegance and an artistic touch.  
  
The front side of all units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, and the front side terraces open to an environment including olive groves, local plants, and trees.  
  
Property with a total surface area of three hundred and twenty square meters (320 square meters), which includes an independent residence, with a surface area of two hundred and thirty-five square meters (235 square meters), a guest house with a surface area of approximately eighty-five square meters (85 sq.m.), an outdoor swimming pool measuring 4.10m x 12.50m, covered parking of 67 sq.m., a warehouse of 23 sq.m. and surrounding areas of four hundred and thirty-four square meters (434 sq.m.).  
  
The property consists of:  
  
1\. A ground floor, which includes a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room, and a guest WC, TV, and air conditioning included in the space, and three rooms, each of which includes a private bathroom, double beds, air conditioning and access to the rooftop area  
  
2\. A first floor, which includes a double room with a private bathroom and air conditioning.  
  
3\. A first guest house, which includes a double room with a private bathroom and air conditioning.  
  
4\. A second guest house, which consists of a small apartment with a room with a private bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, a living room, and a kitchen.  
  
5\. Outdoor areas including swimming pool, sitting areas, dining area, pergola, and sunbeds  
  
Asteras is a small village located on the southeastern coast of Paros island in Greece. It is situated approximately 15 km from the main town of Parikia and is known for its stunning views of the Aegean Sea and its beautiful beaches.  
  
The village is situated on a hillside and features traditional Cycladic architecture with whitewashed houses, narrow streets, and charming blue-domed churches. Visitors can take a stroll through the village and enjoy the peaceful and picturesque surroundings.  
  
Asteras is home to several beautiful beaches, including the popular beach of Piso Livadi, which is known for its crystal-clear waters and sandy shoreline. The beach is well-organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, and there are several beach bars and tavernas serving fresh seafood and traditional Greek dishes.  
  
The village is also a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, as there are several water sports centers offering activities such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and paddleboarding.  
  
Asteras is a great base for exploring other nearby attractions, such as the fishing village of Naoussa, the historic town of Lefkes, and the stunning beaches of the southeastern coast of Paros.

There are several means of transportation to get around the island of Paros:  
  
Car or motorbike: Renting a car or motorbike is the most convenient way to explore the island. The roads are in good condition and traffic is generally smooth outside of peak hours.  
  
Bus: There is a bus network on the island that connects the main towns and villages. Bus schedules may vary depending on the season, but generally, buses run regularly during the day.  
  
Taxi: Taxis are available on the island, but they can be slightly more expensive than other modes of transport. It is advisable to agree on the fare with the driver before getting in.  
  
Bicycle: Cycling is a popular option in Paros, with many places to rent bicycles. Cycling lanes are rare, but roads are generally quiet outside of peak hours.  
  
Boat: If you want to explore neighboring islands or isolated beaches of Paros, you can rent a boat or take a boat tour. There are several boat rental agencies on the island.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.  
  
Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.  
  
Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.  
  
Internet: WiFi is available but may be unstable during peak season due to local infrastructure limitations.  
  
Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
