Located in the quiet hills of Sotires, near the Butterfly Valley, 7 minutes from the beautiful beach of Agia Irini, 7 minutes from the main city of Parikia, 10 minutes from the Kite surf spot of Pounda.  
The villa is nestled in a preserved Natura area and the outdoor spaces, between land and sea, blend harmoniously.
