Beach House groundfloor is located in the southern part of Paros, 3km from the airport and 1km from the seaside fishing village of Aliki, at Faraggas.  
Ground floor is 75 sqm and has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette facilities, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 p.. The highly protected sea bay and its almost private beach, is 30 steps away from the house entrance with its own parasol & sunbeds. Garden is around 1500 sqm with its own traditional barbeque.

#### We had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It's amazingly close to the beach and the surounding area is beautiful with a lot to see and do. Lots of options to dine and party in the island, that is when we did not want to stay inside and relax.

We had great time, the property was lovely, super clean and absolutely beautiful, just 50 meters from the beach! The customer service was great! I strongly recommend it to everyone!
