Lifts kept breaking down, so constantly waiting for a lift which worked

Excellent service including the breakfast buffet, clean rooms, close to the metro if you need to get anywhere, restaurants and shops galore. The pool and Sauna were nice, Medium size facilities.Overall a really lovely place to stay.
