Its location puts you just steps from world-class dining, shopping and nightlife. Jump on the free Main Street Trolley for a quick ride to the Town Lift for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort in just minutes. A quick walk puts you at the Transit Center where you can take a bus for free transit throughout the area including Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village and Kimball Junction. This two-level, 2,491 square foot condominium offers three bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), four full bathrooms, and the space to sleep up to 10 guests. Access to the home is through the underground garage and then up the elevator to the third floor – or directly from Main Street. No matter the entry you take, you will step directly into the inviting great room featuring the living room, dining room and kitchen. Hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows add an open and airy ambiance. Living Room: The living room offers contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, a warm gas fireplace and views of Old Town and the mountainscape. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you'll find a private hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining and more mountain views. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a dream and features high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf five-burner stovetop and convection ovens, a SubZero refrigerator and dual-zone wine fridge. The waterfall-style center island is elegant and offers seating for four. Dining area: The modern dining table can seat up to six people. Family room (lower level): Sectional sofa, Smart TV, gas fireplace. There is also access to the condo on this level. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Suite (lower level) — King size bed, gas fireplace and access to a shared patio space offering cozy outdoor furnishings and a fire table. The private bathroom features a dual-faucet sink, a soaking tub, separate tile and glass shower with a soothing rain showerhead. There's cozy sitting area just outside of the Master Suite that offers a comfy sofa/sleeper. We are a family of six with 4 adults and 2 children. We loved this unit because there are 2 bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms and then a bunk room with its own bathroom. The upstairs is perfect for family gathering with a large dining table and living area. Right out the door is a hot tub. Maybe best of all is the location. Right out the door to Main Street. Also there is inside private parking within a very secure building. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was perfect for our family. We loved it!! Highly recommend. ##### Dana S.
