This modern 2-bedroom condo is located in the heart of historic downtown and is a unique and stylish space to call home while in Park City. You will love the unique details that make this home special from the exposed stone walls, double-sided fireplace, ambiance lighting, and modern finishes creating a cozy spot to recharge. Just a short walk from your front door and you can be enjoying the entertainment options of downtown, or head up to the slopes on Park City Town Lift.



The Space:

Step into this home and soak up the modern charm as you walk inside. The home boasts an exposed stone wall that will catch your eye as soon you come inside and is a unique detail that is featured throughout the home. When you enter the home, you will immediately come to the spacious living room and dining area. Instantly feel at home in this cozy space where you will find a large leather sectional couch providing plenty of space for your group to sit and relax. The couch is situated in front of the lovely wood-burning dual-sided fireplace that is also featured in the kitchen. The room is perfect for entertaining with a 65” mounted smart TV great for movie nights, or enjoying some rounds of Pac-Man on the two-player gaming console situated next to the couch. Additional seating is found throughout the room with two chairs, a large beanbag chair, and a bench, ensuring there is ample space for your group to spread out in this area. Decorative lights dangle over the entire living room, creating a fun and cozy ambiance in the space. Behind the couch is a 6 person dining table that serves as the dining area of the condo. Off of the living room, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island with four bar stools, and an additional tall table with seating for four. The dual-sided fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in the kitchen where you can warm up by the fire as you prepare dinner, or even enjoy your meal at the tall table located in front of the fireplace.



When you’re ready to settle in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms located at the end of the hallway. The master bedroom is located furthest from the main living area, so you can enjoy a quiet and restful night. The bedroom features a well-designed combination of modern furnishing that compliments the exposed stone walls. The cozy room features a king-size bed with matching side tables and lamps, an oversized bead bag and chair, a dresser with a 50” mounted TV above, a spacious walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The spacious master bathroom has a lovely table with marble countertops and a stool, providing a nice area to get ready for the day. The bathroom also features a single sink vanity, bathtub/shower combo with lovely tiles, and plenty of counter space and under-the-sink storage space to keep your items tidy.



Right next to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom, which is set up as a bunk room. The stylish bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a bean bag chair, a mounted 32” TV, and two large closets with ample hangers and shelves. In the corner of the bedroom, you will find a small desk with a chair and lamp, providing a quiet workspace to keep up with any remote work if needed.



Down the hallway from the bedrooms and just across from the kitchen, you will find another full bathroom. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a tiled freestanding shower. Next to the shared bathroom is the laundry room, where you will find a stacked washer and dryer, so you can comfortably stay up with any laundry needs while on vacation.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as one assigned parking place. No parking pass is necessary to park.



The Neighborhood:

If you are looking for a home that is truly central to all that Park City has to offer, this home is the one for you! Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. A short 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and on Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The condo is located a half-mile away from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.



Getting Around:

With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are just a few steps away from the

Swede and Main stop, and just a short walk away from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.



Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great condo!

Really enjoyed our stay in Park City at this great condo. Everything was exactly as pictured and very well maintained with everything we needed and the location within town was perfect. Owners were very responsive with questions we had and we will absolutely be staying here again!

Perfect property and perfect location

We were delighted with all of the amenities of the property and its proximity to Main Street. Dedicated parking was appreciated. There is no doubt we will stay here again when we return to Park City! P.S. playing the old arcade games was a blast!

Immaculate and well-furnished

This is a beautiful property that is well-appointed and had everything we needed and more. It even has a video arcade machine that was a lot of fun! I highly recommend this property. It is situated near downtown (walking distance), Park City Museum, lots of shops and cafes/coffee shops. It's a delightful town with so much history. The public transport is great and free, so you can catch one of the many trams/buses to reach the town lift to head to the slopes. Very convenient location. The one and only downside is the stairs to reach the unit. With lots of luggage, that's a bit rough, but it's only once down and then back up when you leave, so it's ok. However, I will say the stairs are very wide and easy to navigate. I still want to give the location five stars because everything else far outweighs the stair climb. Oh, one other not-so-great feature is the master bedroom shower. It's a bit awkward. There again, that's minor. But still worth mentioning. The hall shower is good, so it's easy to just use that one instead. Easy check-in. No issues. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay!! Highly recommend this property.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The space was large and very inviting. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious and in good locations. Loved the fireplace, even though we couldn’t use it in the summertime. It’s a close walk to trails, shops and extra parking if needed. Everything we needed was easy to find. They supplied some tablets to wash your laundry, which was great for keeping up with laundry. Highly recommend this place!

Girls Trip of 4

We had a delightful stay! Prime location at the top of Main Street. Easily walkable to many great restaurants and bars. A bit challenging taking our luggage down the stairs to home entrance but worth the location! The house had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer in unit! Master was large and had a large attached bathroom. Only complaint is that the bunkbeds are extremely squeaky with any movement and it was difficult getting up and down the narrow, metal ladder. Bunkbeds were not comfortable, though may work well for children. Otherwise, highly recommend! Thank you!

Super cute, great location…

Loved this place… Great location to downtown Park City… Nicely decorated… Clean… Nicely stocked kitchen… Comfortable beds… Great set-up for a family… Or a group of friends… The stone walls throughout add much charm… Would definitely book here again…

No water

We enjoyed mist of our stay but the last night there the water stopped working after running a tub for our kid. We started another tub for my partner right after and then the water stopped working. It was not out in the neighborhood so I assume it was some sort of shutoff to the unit that was triggered by running two baths consecutive in a large tub. We had no running water and had to use tub water to get the toilets to flush.
