Pool Table, Hot Tub, Ultra Lux The five bedroom luxury townhomes on Deer Valley Drive are in one of the most sought after locations in all of Deer Valley or Park City. #605 comfortably sleeps 15 people. With convenient city shuttle access directly outside the property and the luxury features included in this property, your group will love everything this Deer Valley rental property has to offer! This spacious property, approximately 5000 sq ft, is built on four levels and provides plenty of room for the whole group to spread out! Enter the property from the private two car garage and you’re right on the “entertainment level”. You’ll find a private bar with a lounge attached for private après ski enjoyment. Head up the stairs from here to find the main living area with the gourmet kitchen, the dining room, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, access to the hot tub deck and the master bedroom suite. Head up one more level and you’re in the “game room” – a sprawling loft area overlooking the living room – with a pool table, cozy seating and a wall mounted 55” LED TV! This floor also provides access to the bunk bedroom and the first bedroom with a queen size bed. The upper most floor includes two more bedroom suites – one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed. You’ll find that these properties have spared no expense in the amenities department. Appliances are all from top end brands such as Miele, Subzero, Asko, Panasonic and Samsung. Each location with a television offers High Definition service and the main gathering areas include Blu-Ray DVD players! For the traveler who needs to stay connected the whole home is covered with High Speed Wi-Fi service (no additional charge, of course) – so no matter where you are in the home you will always have a reliable connection to the Internet. You’ll find a full sized bar - complete with two wine dedicated wine fridges, a microwave and dishwasher – alongside a lounge with a 60” LCD TV mounted above the double wide gas burning fireplace. The entertainment floor even has its own bathroom that includes a full size toilet and a urinal for the guys! New for 2015 this room includes a treadmill and a small office space in case you have time for work between runs! There were 9 of us staying for four days, and we never felt crowded. Four of the five bedrooms have attached bathrooms which gave us all our privacy. The highlight was the elevator. We didn't have to lug our gear up three flights of stairs! The location was perfect! Minutes away from Deer Valley, Main Street, and Park City Mountain. The house is large with four floors and multiple living spaces. Our group of 13 people had plenty of room to spread out and enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. It never felt cramped. The location is also great. The free shuttle/bus stop is literally in front of the house with frequent buses to the base of park city and deer valley or into town. Stayed at this property for a ski week at Park City mountain with two other families, 14 people total. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well situated for multiple families to stay together and fully stocked for cooking. The biggest perk was the shuttle stop immediately in front of the house. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this home for a girls trip and WOW, we loved it! The location cant be beat. The bus stop is directly in front of the house making it easy to get to skiing (at Deer Valley or Park City) and easy to get to town. If you prefer walking, Main Street is only about a 10 minute walk. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room for a large group (we had 10 adults). Lots of space for entertaining (3 living room/TV areas). Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Multiple times I heard "I love this place, its so homey!" Location near town was great, however, the construction across the street took away from the views.
