The location was solid as far as easy and convenient. We got some good egg sandos for breakfast from a food cart a block away. That was cool.
There are nice shops nearby but the homelessness is out of control and the people- sadly-are in such a bad place but it makes walking around with kids feel unsafe and unpleasant.
The staff was fine, not overly friendly but did their jobs. The room was a bit outdated but it was quiet.

The location was good but the homelessness was a real problem.
There was a half full wine glass in the lobby when we checked in and was still there when we left.
The library/room with a pool table had broken pool cues and was in disrepair.
The food was good and the staff were really nice.
