Near all you need, away off noise.

Super comfy room, beds are good but pillows a little higher than normal. Amazing bathroom and super clean. The location is good, near by main street and historical center. We are a little disappointed with the breakfast, we expected more variety and local Brazilian options.

The property is nice, but the area around it is very dirty. The breakfast is very weak and the staff are not the most friendly. The room was nice and very clean but the internet was horrible.

Nos hospedamos em maio/2026, durante a Festa do Divino, e infelizmente a experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. O principal problema foi o atendimento da recepção: Dalia e o outro funcionário foram extremamente frios, sem cordialidade ou empatia em nenhum momento. Reservamos um quarto da categoria superior, pagando mais caro para ter mais conforto, mas fomos colocados em um quarto térreo, com muito mofo, ao lado de uma central de ar-condicionado que fazia barulho constante durante os 6 dias de hospedagem. O frigobar era enferrujado e barulhento, e a TV tinha imagem ruim e apenas 4 canais. Ao questionarmos sobre o quarto não ser em andar superior, fomos informados de forma grosseira que “superior” era apenas a categoria do quarto por conta do chuveiro pressurizado. O banheiro tinha suporte de toalha quebrado, o quarto era pouco ventilado e as toalhas nunca secavam. A limpeza não era diária, nem a troca de toalhas, e até para pedir papel higiênico ou um cobertor extra fomos tratados com má vontade. Em uma das situações, Dalia entregou o cobertor dizendo: “você deu sorte, tem esse”. A piscina estava com aparência de água parada e turva. O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, com boa variedade e excelente atendimento das funcionárias responsáveis. Apesar da ótima localização, a estrutura dos quartos e principalmente a falta de educação da equipe da recepção não justificam o valor cobrado. A experiência foi tão desagradável que quase cancelamos a hospedagem.

Boa localização, possível fazer tudo a pé. Quarto bom espaço, banheiro também, café da manhã simples mas bom. Pontos a considerar. Fui no carnaval, o estacionamento não comporta se o hotel estiver cheio, em frente a recepção do hotel existe um estacionamento público, acabei deixando o carro lá durante o carnaval. Nada aconteceu, mas acho importante considerar. No mais indico o hotel.

Quarto limpo e organizado, porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, poucas opções e o que acaba não tem reposicao, se acordar as 09h00 já eras. Tirando isso, lugar bom. Outro ponto é o estacionamento, não tem vagas para todos que estão hospedados.

O café da manhã era bom. So deveria ter mais variedades. E nas fotos da pousada tem um parquinho infantil e lá não tem mais. Estacionamento também muito apertado, estava muito cheio. Tive que deixar o carro na rua pra facilitar.

A pousada tem ambiente externo agradável, com vários ambientes de lazer e piscina de tamanho relativamente pequeno. As acomodações, embora com ar condicionado, deixa a desejar pelo chuveiro (que é elétrico) sem possibilidade de regulagem do aquecimento da água. O destaque totalmente negativo fica para o café da manhã servido, cuja simplicidade é “franciscana”. Houve, inclusive, a situação de servirem omelete com gosto e cheiro desagradáveis.
