This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. It is fully furnished throughout with everything you\`ll need for a relaxing stay or family vacation Also conveniently located to Sight & Sound, Strasburg Railroad, and many area attractions Strasburg Railroad - 4.7 mi Sight and Sound - 6.4 mi Dutch Wonderland - 9.4 mi Spooky Nook Sports - 22.5 mi This home offers a blend of comfort and elegance, featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. It provides a harmonious balance of spacious living areas for group activities and personal spaces for relaxation. Kitchen The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with the latest in culinary appliances, including a dishwasher, set against a backdrop of new, sleek cabinetry. This space is engineered for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, catering to effortless meal preparation and dining experiences. Bedrooms Master Bedroom: Located on the 1st floor. A spacious room with a king-sized bed, storage, and comfortable accommodations. The first floor bath is just outside this room. Second Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and spacious room offering a simple yet elegant experience. Third Bedroom: Located on the bottom floor. This room features queen-sized bed complemented by a horse theme. Fourth Bedroom: This is a very comfortable room with a bunk bed and trundle bed. Main Bathroom: Located on the 1st floor. A clean and spacious area featuring a full tub and shower. Second Bathroom: Accessible on the 2nd floor. It maintains the home\`s high standards with cleanliness, nature light and plenty of space. The exterior of the house is just as inviting, with a large balcony deck, offering panoramic views of the local farms and valley. Just below is a patio for outdoor entertaining. A full patio set will be added this spring. This area is perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Come and relax in the cool breeze on our spacious deck or kick back with a book. Enjoy the beautiful views and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will have access to the house, parking area, front and back yards, as well as the garden. Home owner is not available on Sundays. However, you can contact the property manager for any issues. The Farrier Guest is situated in a small neighborhood with neighbors on each side. The front and back sides border large Amish farms. The house is nestled on top of a hill which provides great views and easy access. Their is ample parking, up to six vehicles, on a private drive. We have several board games for your enjoyment as well as outdoor games. We have upgraded our air conditioning to a minisplit system with units and remotes for each bedroom. We\`ve also updated the kitchen so the pictures will be different than what we now have. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation. No drunkenness. No hard alcohol (liquors, whiskey, bourbons, etc.) No drugs or illegal substances of any kind, including marijuana. No foul language. No inappropriate, lewd, or provocative behavior. Please dress modestly. Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. The water pressure was very weak and not quite hot enough. The home is laid out nicely and is clean and comfortable. The patio was beautiful and the fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. We had two little babies (one that crawls and one walker) and it was the prefect space and had the necessities to create a safe environment for them. Lots of toys too! The rooms were great, beds were so so so comfy. We always travel to Lancaster with a large group and this was by far the most accommodating. Responses from the host were so fast and he was very kind. The scenery was beautiful and the breakfast place near by was also really good. It's away from the touristy towns and in the middle of farmland. There are amazing views of land that is actively being farmed, a one room school house, and carriages going by the front of the house. You can really get a sense of the rhythm of the lifestyle. The house itself is very clean and well apportioned. It will sleep a bunch of folks. There's a lot of space in the back yard with a good grill and lots of sitting area. The view from the deck is phenomenal. Internet is fast - I worked from the kitchen for all four days we were there with no problem. Only concern I would have would be having enough hot water as it did tend to run out with just two people taking. Overall an outstanding place and I'm recommending it to all my family. ##### david l.
