Everything was clean and felt well taken care of. We did find the pillows to be a bit small and lumpy (there were only 2 pillows on a queen size bed) and the shower does make the whole bathroom floor wet - thankfully they staff are happy to refresh your towels daily and they do have a towel warmer if you want to dry them faster yourself. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. "There were 2 sides to this hotel....the "Premiere Classe" side was a little like a cell block....long corridor leading to rather depressing room, no carpets in corridor or room, bathroom was one of the 'pre-built' all encompassing plastic jobs that are just slotted into place, complete with creaks and cracks when you move around.
The "other" side, where the main reception and restaurant was, looked more appealing with carpeted, wider hallways, so I guess the rooms were better too?

We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues.
We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"The hotel was a good standard travel lodge kind of place, nothing too special but totally suitable for what I needed.
Only issue was the restaurant closed at 8pm and there was no iron in the room but other than that is was perfectly adequate for my needs.
Road noise was also an issue but given where the hotel is located i am not surprised.
Would I stay here again...... probably yes."
