The view from the 37th floor was incredible — you can even watch the zip line pass right in front of the window. The place was super clean, nicely cooled, and the bed was really comfy. Loved having a big TV with streaming access for relaxing at night. The building itself felt safe and well-kept, with staff and security always around. The location on Avenida Balboa was perfect — beautiful area and super easy to grab an Uber anywhere. We did indeed have a beautiful ocean view, plus a great view of the roof-top zip line on this building! The accommodations were very comfortable (though compact). We enjoyed a meal and drinks at one of the rooftop restaurants, just one floor above us, which was very convenient. Getting into the building and up to our floor was a little tricky, but no more than you’d expect in any secure building in an urban setting. Recommended. ##### Diane W. There is also a restaurant on the pool level, floor 8\. Staff is all very good, friendly, helpful, great! Eynar is absolutely fantastic and responds immediately, no matter the time.
