Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 17th floor. Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with chairs and a lounger. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days for our 10 year anniversary trip. It was one of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed in. The upgrades were beautiful and the decor very tasteful. After reading other comments I was concerned the beds would be uncomfortable, however, we thought they were very comfortable (everyone has their own preference on soft /hard/med mattresses). Breathtaking view on a large balcony with lots of outside seating. We found the building and grounds very clean and well maintained. The reason I ranked a overall 4 stars is because both of the bedrooms desperately need new mattresses. Would definitely stay here again if I knew they were replaced. This is the perfect place to spend some time at the beach. Great location. The condo is spacious and clean with everything you need. The beach setup is a bonus. The balcony was huge, furniture was so nice! Only complaint, the parking deck is not easy to get in/out of, parking spaces are small and no outlet, you have to turn around making it hard to do if you have a larger vehicle. Also, security does not allow any drinks around pool/spa can only have at the tables around pool area. Overall great place, we would definitely stay again! ##### Jarred J. Loved all the mirrors and hooks to hold swimsuits and towels. Elevators are plentiful and fast even on a holiday weekend. Mikes diner is right across the street and delicious!
