"Room was in poor condition, I ask for another room and was told there were no more available. on a wednesday night, the hotel was clearly less than half full. The toilet leaked water from the bottom (the dirty side) There was nowhere to hang any clothes. No hair dryer. TV would not change channels. ..."

"The website “ implied “a balcony with gulf view. In fact all the room entrances were on open air hallways on the gulf side so we had a gulf view with everyone walking by having a view into our room if we left the curtains open! No private balcony. The elevators were filthy."
