The owner of the hotel was very kind, gracious, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. The food at the hotel was also excellent! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Hotel Close to main Attraction

Nice place to stay the owner is really nice, helpful and friendly. The food is really good. The hotel is really close by walking to the main attraction of Pamukkale. The only thing I will suggest to the hotel is to upgrade the rooms a little. But everything else was excellent. Thank you

Lovely experience!

I had a really lovely overnight stay here. It’s a cute family-run hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. It’s also very close to the Travertines. But the staff are what makes the place special, everyone was so friendly, especially Gökhan, who went above and beyond to look after me! They let me check in early too, as I got in on the night bus. Masterchef Jenk in the kitchen was a highlight too! I highly recommend staying here - had a great experience!

Very close to the Pamukkale entry gate.

The owner and the cook are ready to do their best, they even gave me a ride to the railway station when I asked to book me a taxi.

It was a storage room made to a hotel room. Bathroom water stacked and flooded when taking shower. Toilet door was tight and creating cracking sound during closing and opening. Pilots were horribly old and now blanket provided at all. We mostly run a sleepless night. I was tired and sick for next whole day.Owner angered with me why I didn’t take dinner to his restaurant and not took his tour package. Checked out us by 10.30am. It’s terrific experience for me & my family. Please avoid this hotel to stay in Pamukkale.

Not so clean room

The owners are nice and welcoming. The room was clean in appearance but the sheets smelled like cigarettes, even tho they were clean. Like if they dried around someone who smoked. And the cubbard had a moldy smell… room 204. Breakfast was ok. Very cheap room which we enjoyed but if we went back to Pamukkale we would look elsewhere first.

Avoid tourism services from Farouk!

The hotel itself is great, no complaints but be aware of a guy called Farouk there, he is very nice when he talks to you, but if he organized you a trip, he will promise alot of things that he wouldn’t do, for example: 1- we told him we need a woman pilot for paragliding, he said we will bring one from fetihye and he kept saying wait two hours she will be here and when we went to the top, no woman pilot was there and we were forced to be with a male pilot against our wishes even we were ready to pay extra 100$, 2- he told us the trip will include lavendar gardens, historical places and salda lake if we pay 500$ for the journey, we paid that and he manipulated us and did not get us to any of these places, 3- he organized antalya trip and promised land of legends, old city and düden waterfalls which we fully paid for, then the driver he sent did not know where land of legends is and we asked if Farouq paid him land of legends tickets so he can pay on our behalf? He said no he did not. Our flight is at night time because we thought we will go to land of legends and because of that we will either have to extend our stay in anatalya and pay for an extra day with no plans or pay to change flight tickets and have it earlier if possible, he is not answering his phone saying someone had an accident, but to be fair he did provide us with a nice apartment in antalya and he got us the best kind hearted driver named cucksal, otherwise I highly recommend you not to use his services.

韓国の芸能人がこのホテルのレストランのリピーター客で私の滞在中にも予約して、韓国人が食べに来た方がいました。おいしいですかと聞いたら、おいしいと一品は良いも一品は普通との回答でした。 確かにおいしいと言った料理は私も前日に食べてとてもおいしかったです。 ローカルなホテルでレストランも併設してますが、航空会社のパイロットも常連でわざわざ食べに来るらしく、滞在中に二日間行き合いました。 スタッフがフレンドリーで親切なのでぜひお勧めします。

オーナーとも話しましたが、とてもお客さんのことを思う良い人です。 スタッフもフレンドリーでとても親切です。タクシーや送迎バスその他いろいろ手配してくれましたが、マージンや先方からのバックマージンもとっておらず、とても良心的なスタッフです。レストランやフロントで1人でいるといろいろ話しかけて来てくれて、面白い話などたくさんしてくれます。 私は五つ星ホテルから一ツ星ホテルまで泊まり、様々な旅のスタイルで世界中を旅してます。このホテルのクラスでは世界中宿泊して、私としては上位に入るホテルです。 その理由は、オーナーの仕事に対する姿勢とスタッフのフレンドリーなお客に対する対応です。 ぜひお勧めします。

口コミに合ったように気球ツアーをしつこく進めてくるスタッフがいました。しかしそれは個人の利益のためや悪い気持ちで進めているのではなく、お客様のために進めること滞在中にわかりました。私は行かないとはっきり断ったところ、二度と進めてきませんでした。 そのスタッフは、オーナーが不在時でもとても良く仕事をしてお客様の為にも、一生懸命何日も滞在していた私にはわかりました。見た目からすると、かなり誤解を受けやすい感じの人だと思いますが、心はとても優しい人でした。 パムッカレに行くときには、また滞在したいと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの人柄で選ぶなら、ぜひこのホテルをお勧めします。

ムスタファおじいさんが始めた小さなホテルをお孫さん(いとこ？)たちが切り盛りしているアットホームな宿でした。シーズン前で、宿泊は私たち1組でしたが、色々気遣ってもらいました。寡黙だけれど親切なオーナーとサービス満点なシェフにもてなしてもらいました。2階がレストランになっていて、食事も美味しかったです。シェフのオススメは“ミックスグリル”です。向かいにスーパーマーケットがあるのも便利です。

Her şey gayet iyiydi. Konumu süper travertenlerin tam karşısında, her şeye erişiminizin olabileceği bir şeyde. Odalar yeterli ve temiz. Bir gece kaldık, bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Otelin bir de restoranı var hemen altında buranın yemekleri çok güzel ve fiyatı çok uygun. Sabah kahvaltıda ekmek ve zeytinler kendi yaptıkları ürünler. Biz memnun kaldık. Çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Bu skalada kesinlikle kalınabilecek bir yer, tavsiye ederiz.

Excelente atención y servicio

La ubicación del lugar es perfecta, cerca de la entrada del pueblo a los Travertinos (2 minutos a pie) evitando las entradas sur y norte de Pamukkale. Excelente servicio de restaurante, nos permitieron un Early check-in para aprovechar el día.
