The agent that took care of my stay was very communicative and precise on what was needed for a smooth flow. I didn’t follow her requirements to get set up (submitting pictures of our ID on line) which turned out to be a night mare for us to proceed with checking in. I just found that specific procedure weird. But not at all Mayra’s fault. Traffic was crazy right outside our building. If you allow more time than usual when you commute, maybe it will,be less stressful. The building was properly maintained. Nice feature of the man made beach and nice view from our room.
