Please note that the owner does not accept groups or youth groups. Additionally, the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, so quietness and good behavior are expected from all guests. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 90 square meters, located on the ground floor. The living/dining room is equipped with digital TV and air conditioning, and it has an exit leading to the patio. There are two bedrooms: one room has 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), and the other room features a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with 2 baths/WC, a patio, and a terrace furnished with deck chairs (2) and a covered balcony. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A garage is also available for your convenience. The property does not have a heating option.

This vacation apartment offers partial distant views of the sea and the countryside. The furnishings are practical and suitable for families. Please note that the TV channels are only in Spanish.
