Perfect for couples, families and for business trips, thanks to the wifi, available free to customers. We inform you that a copy of the identity document and the signing of a declaration of responsibility for use are required for use. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, the concierge has a concierge service and a video surveillance service with video camera (active 24 hours a day) to guarantee a high security index. Der Balkon, wie beschrieben und im Herbst oder immer?? ohne Sonne. Dafür aber Tag und Nacht Lärm, Ambulanz 3-5x täglich, abends „Modetrend“ Motos mit SterioAnlage laute Musik demonstrierend. Die Fenster sind zwar neu , aber ohne Schallschutz. Die gesamte Wohnung war nirgendwo gemütlich. 2 Schlafzimmer, kahl, kleinen Minifernseher in der Küche, dort gab es Sonne und rel. Ruhe, da in die Wirtschafthöfe. Dieser Raum war okay , aber um Essen zu bereiten, kaum Arbeitsfläche, zu klein. Der zweite Schlüssel passte in der relevanten Tür nicht, die Vermieterin bestritt das. Wir wollten mehr als einen Monat bleiben, sind aber früher abgefahren, und haben mehrmals unterbrochen, um dieser Straße zu entkommen. Den Müll sollten wir abends!! in einer Sammelstelle entsorgen siehe Foto. Die Gastgeber konnten nur italienisch und das sehr laut undengagiert , wir haben sie nur 2x gesehen. Wir haben ausführlich protestiert und Vidios des Lärms gesandt, „ Ja das ist eben so“ Ich habe selbst ein Halbsizilianisches Enkelkind und den Vater, das ist ein ganz anderes Niveau. L'appartement est très agréable, très propre, et donne sur l'arrière de l'immeuble situé dans une rue extrêmement vivante, commerçante et...sonore ! Mais les fenêtres fermées les nuits sont calmes et reposantes (climatisation et qualité de la loterie y contribuent). La localisation permet d'arriver facilement de l'aéroport (30 ou 40mn de train selon horaire arrêt Palermo Lolli et 10mn à pied avec Google Maps) et ensuite de visiter la ville et le centre historique très facilement. Accanto un supermercato comodissimo per gustare specialità culinarie del luogo e per fare la spesa. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto pulito .
