This charming holiday apartment on the second floor of a centrally located house in Pakostane is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed beach holiday. With only about 80 metres from the nearest sandy beach and other bathing bays nearby, this accommodation is a perfect starting point for relaxing days by the sea.



The 31.5 m² apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a functional kitchen with a dining area. The sunny balcony with sea view invites you to have breakfast overlooking the water or to spend relaxed evenings. An awning provides shade when needed, and a clothes horse is also available.



The equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an LCD TV with satellite connection and a radio. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle and a double sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The accommodation is located in a lively residential area with short distances to supermarket, bakery, restaurants, café, pharmacy and cash machine - all within a few minutes' walk. A children's playground and leisure activities such as water sports, snorkelling or bicycle hire are also accessible on foot. The hosts live in the same house and are happy to answer questions or provide tips. Upon request, they offer a laundry facility as well as regional products such as honey and olive oil from their own production.
