The hotel is at the beach and has direct access to it. In general it is a good hotel and very big. The staff is very professional and liked very much the fact that at the restaurant the waiters do their job without annoying the clients. The hotel is in general very quiet and you will enjoy the stay there. The only things that I did not like was the room that I stayed in. It had a very bad smell inside coming from the bathroom. In addition, the hotel has several plants in the yard that have bed smell and that smell comes into your room due to the wind. The food is average but abundant. The quality is questionable.

Hotel was lovely spotless, food ok but its not hot cold breakfast and food the hotplates need updating they are old not working at all so food it cold the same food every lunch time and evening apart from the Christmas buffet that evening it was lovely the pool side buffet food is not good sorry, i noise everynight from the entertainment was horrendous so if your trying to sleep before 12 you cant you have to wait till entertainment end's everyone goes to bed if you have ashma eg then this hotel is so high up the altitude caused my asthma to be worse i didnt complain or asked to be moved as i heard from other people that there was no more rooms the hotel was full so i had my headphones in and kept the noisy air conditioning in to get some air plus i didn't want to sound like a moaner as thought was me feeling ill and the hotel and staff are wonderful very happy helpful im sure they wud have moved me if i asked

Just home from a fortnight all inclusive holiday at this hotel. We have stayed in neighbouring hotels so are familiar with the area. Compared to neighbouring hotels, we found the Pajara Beach hotel to be very clean and well run. Gardens and pool area were immaculate. Multiple signs stated that reserving sunbeds was forbidden but it was standard practice with many guests (I won't mention nationality) to peg out their towels before breakfast and expect to keep a lounger by the pool all day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful although sometimes, in the dining room, they were "run off their feet". Reception staff were superb. We stayed in a Royal Suite with a huge southwest facing balcony - a super place for relaxing and entertaining friends. Some of the bedroom furniture is a bit tired but remains comfortable. We judged the selection and quality of food to be better than neighbouring hotels. There was also more outside seating in the restaurant area. Our only disappointment was the quality of some drinks - the all inclusive deal only includes a limited range of cocktails which are machine blended. House Cava was quite drinkable. Beer was fine though only served in 25cl glasses. Recommended and excellent value for money.

The hotel itself was really nice, a fantastic layout and the staff were all really friendly. I was let down by the food; I’m not sure if it was related but I was taken ill a few days into the trip, and I’m convinced it was because of something I ate. As a result I couldn’t do much for a couple of days due to sickness. I noticed a few times that food that was under the heated section felt cold, making me question how long it has been sat there. Some of the fruit too also felt like it was on the verge of going off - some watermelon springs to mind that was extremely soft and didn’t feel like it was fresh. Overall, a nice hotel and the staff were great, but the food really let it down for me.

Amazing place, diversity of food is very good, we were quite happy with quality of food, swimming pools are great, beach is beautiful and quite close to hotel, room service was good, rooms are not spectacular but clean and nice... Overall we were really happy considering price and value we received. Would recommend it to anyone considering position of hotel on this island. Many nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. By our oppinion much better than north side of the island. Rent a car is a must if you want to explore the island.

Hotel very large and full of facilities and benefits. The All inclusive package is really reach and food is very good. A bit noisy the rooms and the curtains do not dark the room enough.. so earplugs and face mask are needed

Schön gelegene und gepflegte Hotelanlage.

Gepflegtes sauberes Hotel. Vorteil: Dadurch, dass das all-in Angebot nur bis 23:00 Gültigkeit hatte, gab es rechtzeitig Nachtruhe. Nachteile: Unnötige laute Musik um die Poollanschaft und bei einigen Abendunterhaltungen. Altes bekanntes Problem mit dem reservieren der Liegestühle.

An sich ist alles schön, klar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür eine super Lage. Zimmer sind ok, betten etwas Hart. Zu den Negativen Sachen: Man bezahlt hier gefühlt für alles extra. Handtücher 20€ Kaution (In Ordnung kann ich verstehen) Safe 3€ am Tag WiFi 3€ am Tag Indoorpool mit Saunabereich 15€ pP für 90 min Besondere Liegen 50€ am tag mit Flasche Sekt und obst A La Carte Restaurant 30€ pP und Menu Und das schlimmste meiner Meinung nach ist das Abendessen, es schmeckt nicht wirklich obwohl so viel Auswahl da ist fehlt es einfach an qualität. Frühstück ist Super dafür ein großes Lob. Mittagessen ist mal gut mal schlecht. Da gibt es aufjedenfall noch Luft nach oben. würden wir nochmal hingehen ? wahrscheinlich nicht hatten wir trotzdessen einen wunderschönen Urlaub? Auf jedenfall !

Hotel bonito, apesar de antigo está bem conservado. O check in muito demorado e empregados rudes. O problema mesmo foi encontrar um rato no restaurante. Sim, no meu último dia no hotel cruzei com um rato correndo pelo buffet e tudo que fizeram foi pedir desculpas. No check out perguntaram se foi tudo bem e óbvio que disse que não, e o funcionário disse que me deram um upgrade de quarto e não poderia reclamar. O lado positivo do hotel é o clube infantil, a animadora é muito carinhosa com crianças.

Animation team made the stay what it was! Bar staff and waiters were also fantastic. Food and drink was fantastic in terms of quality and variety. Room was clean, although needs a little updating.
