Very close to hiking and Lake Powell. Restaurants and food are only a short walk away. Nice quiet area for good night's sleeping. The house is decorated perfectly for the area and for vacationers. One of the best we have seen. Easy street or drive parking and plenty of room to park a boat if needed (we parked 2 jet ski's). It is two blocks off Lake Powell Blvd in a school zone (so nice snd quiet) where Big John’s TX BBQ Is. Great location to get anywhere. We had trouble with the key box, but was able to call the host and get it taken care of right then. Janet was easy to get in contact with. Big John’s was pretty good and the country band was fun. The home was very comfortable for all four of us. The AC was great! They also had a good amount of kitchen items like seasonings, zip locks, and. coffee. They only put out two bath towels and two face towels for each bedroom. My wife would have liked three with one for her hair. When we told zjsnet about it, she let us know there were more towels in the laundry room. All in all the home worked out really well for us.
