Welcome to this charming house in Page. Home is a brand new build (2025). House has been decorated and resigned by Randi Garrett Design! This luxurious and stylish home will blow you away. This fabulous property boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 4 twin bed, 2 queen beds and 2 futon sleepers. With 4 full bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Home is equipped with everything you will need. Whether you're looking to cozy up in the spacious family room open concept or enjoy the fresh air on the patio looking out over antelope canyon and Lake Powell, this luxurious retreat has something for everyone. Home comes with a fully stocked modern, state of the art kitchen. The views of the red rock landscape are amazing. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The property and the view were beautiful! The beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped. The location was convenient to everything and perfect for our stay for our Antelope Canyon tour. The kids loved the ping pong table and arcade game as well. Matt was great and thorough at communicating information for our stay, Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay here was the best experience we have ever had when visiting Lake Powell. Our family has been coming to Lake Powell to boat for over 35 years and we have never had a nicer, cleaner, or better placed home to stay in. With boat parking, rooms for the whole family, close to the lake, we couldn't have asked for anything better. Definitely staying here again in the future!

Perfect home for your perfect lake stay!

This home is beautifully furnished and so clean! There is ample sleeping, eating, and bathroom space for a large family. The location is close to everything in town and the views a short walk away are gorgeous. Check-in and out was simple and the owner’s communication was great. Highly recommended!!

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's home. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group of 7. The layout was perfect, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. The home had all the amenities we needed for a great stay, and we truly felt at home. The location was also ideal for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Page!
