No towels and when I asked for some I felt like it was a chore for the staff to even give them to us. My tip. Un sérieux besoin de rénovation. Salle de bain particulièrement vétuste. Télévision HS, bouilloire également. Depuis la piscine (a la propreté contestable) on a vue sur un bâtiment à moitié cassé. Depuis ma chambre j’avais vue sur le cimetières voisin. Sur les photos l'hôtel parait propre est très sympa. Lorsque nous arrivons dans la chambre, odeur insoutenable de colle et de produit chimique. Nid de guêpe juste devant la porte de la chambre. Draps d'une propreté douteuse. Conveniently located and very close to the harbour where the boat for Gili Air departs. Several restaurants around the area which makes it easy to find something good to eat. The room was very big, but there was a HUGE lizard in the bathroom (which the staff removed after we alerted them), and two dead (?) cockroaches. There was also evidence of moth (?) wings on the bed and pillowcases.
