The villa is of 350 sq. meters (2700 sq. feet), comfortably sleeping up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, two dining areas, two living rooms, two fireplaces, barbecue and ample private parking. (One of the bedroom and bathroom is located at the detached suite front of the villa and the pool). Picture yourself sitting under a pergola by the infinity pool and picking mouth-watering grapes from the vine. The spectacular views of the surrounding countryside create a wonderful environment for casual and slow-living holidays. The restored Umbria villa is surrounded by olive trees and is nestled in Umbria on the border the South Tuscany. It is ideally located for day trips throughout the many hill towns of the region. Its enchanting views are just what you would expect from a dreamy Italian period film. The house is equipped with satellite TV, wifi, dish washer, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and AC. There is also a Salty Infinity swimming pool. Villa Fonte Cicerum is ecologically run and many of the products you will use in the kitchen come straight from its grounds. Hot water comes by its own solar panels. The Villa has full-time concierge available to help you with your stay and is ideal for a family gathering, weddings or a party celebration weekend.
