"The hotel is in a really good location, is fairly clean, the breakfast buffet is really nice and the rooms are fairly clean and comfortable. However; I felt a bit disappointed that the hotel management wants to just focus on making money. I stayed here for a entire week and I told them that on my last day, my flight is later in the evening and if they could allow me to check out a bit later in the afternoon. They flat out refused and asked for $100 to let me check out at 4 pm. That tells me that it wasn't a availability issue because they were willing to let me stay till 4 pm for a extra $100. This is bad business. If I stayed for just a couple of days, that would have been a different story. I stayed at this hotel for a full week and paid around $1000 for my stay - showing some courtesy to the hotel guests and allowing them to checkout a bit later goes a long way to build goodwill and earn more business."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very spacious. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the malls and the train station. Staff was very helpful and you feel very safe. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. It would be nice if there were microwaves in the rooms. The staff is very responsive assisting with any issues. Overall staff was enjoyable."
