"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a towel that is meant to be free for hotel guests; no offer to remedy either of these was made."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Beds were firm. Nothing to complain about. Has its own pub. Walking distance to nearby restaurants ( about 3-5 mins walk). The Thai resto nearby was really good."

"Convenient location that close the twevlve Apostles, clean rooms. Issues found during the stay - Ensuite bathtub was not working. - Could not find any laundry detergent provided for use. - Hot water was not stable enough for two people to shower at the same time."
