Old Ottawa South is a lovely, quiet community with easy access to the Rideau River and the canal. A short 1 minute walk from the home is Windsor Park with climbing structures, tennis courts and splash pool. There's a great path along the river for walking your dogs off leash, too.

Guest Access:

This lovely century old private residence is available for certain dates when vacated by the homeowner. As this is a private home, some areas are locked (several kitchen cupboards, hall closet, etc). Please do not attempt to break these open or your security deposit will be forfeit. Please ensure your guest count on the reservation is accurate as we use this to determine cleaning time after. Any unapproved guests present a risk to the home and reputation in the neighbourhood. Unapproved guests may be charged a rate of $50/night per guest if a disturbance is deemed to have been caused, at our sole discretion.

Pet access

Dogs are allowed at this property but must be disclosed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, which includes beds. The backyard is fenced but please clean up after your dog. Please no cats as the owner has cats.

• Costs associated with damages caused by pets will be pursued and not included in the pet fee.

• For guests with allergies please note, a cat and a dog live at the property when the unit is not being rented.



If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
