We have a sound sleep during our stay there. Beddings are in perfect condition and towels are all new, very clean. Staffs are pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful stay. Little extra treats delivered was a nice touch 💕 tippy barking dog was a little annoying one afternoon but bed was comfy and enjoyed Ottawa

We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it ...
