Additional outdoorshower facilities with hot and cold water. Air Condition in the sleeping rooms. Free Wifi internet connection. The Villa is completely renovated in spring time 2023. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 4 bedrooms with double beds Additional sofa bed (130 x 200 cm) in one of the bedrooms, A second sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room, A recamier in the kitchen offers sleeping space for a child (70 cm x 180 cm). 8 people can stay comfortably, but up to 12 sleeping places are available. 3 shower bathrooms are available in the villa. The historical Lamnia part of the house is reconstructed and a nice, modern and comfortable new part was attached some years ago. The entire property is recently renovated and furnished. The Villa now offers splendid living space inside and outside. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offer space for a larger family, 2 families or a small group holiday. As well a couple can feel very cosy and can enjoy the high privacy and exclusive atmosphere of the property. The kitchen is a big room and contains as well a big dining table. The kitchen is connected to the living room through an ancient stone arch. In front of the kitchen the veranda is inviting you for breakfast, lunch or dinner. During hot summer days you enjoy the shadow. In the autumn and spring nights it protects you from cool air and humidity coming down at night. So you can enjoy outside dinners even late or early in the year when temperature is still low. The floor central heating system makes the villa a cosy retreat even during the cooler periods of the year. So you can find a cosy place in Puglia even in the late autumn, winter and early spring evenings when nights are still cool and damp. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, so that there is enough fresh air circulation even on warm days. Even on hot summer days in Apulia there is usually a pleasant light cool breeze at night. Large olive grounds and a nice grown southern vegetation guarantee a very high level of privacy when using the outside facilities, pool area, terrasses and verandas with separate outside kitchen including BBQ. The self check-in worked fine and the couple of minor issues dealt with efficiently.The grounds, Villa and pool were as described and beautiful. The back road to the property is very rough and you do need to pay attention to the directions provided. All in all, a very satisfactory and enjoyable stay. ##### Bruce W. Smaller rooms but all with great modern air conditioning. The best is the outside area with different seating possibilities and a nice pool. Theres always enough shade possible. Its quiet mostly and you hear only neighboors from far away. The beds were also good and comfortable to sleep on. The only thing that was not easy at first was finding the right entry to the property, but with the good instructions given by the host it was all good. And also maybe dont come with a sports car because the road towards the property is not in a maintained shape and very rocky. ##### Marco M. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr auf unsere Wünsche ausgerichtet. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr flexibel und trotz unserer Verspätung unproblematisch. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen, langen Pool in der großzügigen Gartenanlage in der ruhigen Gegend, und die überdachte Terasse, die auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut schützt. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht, im Außenbereich steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Gertraud R. We found the Villa which, for 4 of us, two couples, looked very spacious. It is situated along and at the end a dirt track-it’s very rural. There were lots of seating areas around the Villa and pool if we wanted a quiet time. The pool was cleaned 3 times during our week’s stay. Our host, Steffen, was friendly and efficient. He was very helpful when we asked about closest supermarkets, restaurants etc. ahead of our stay. We would recommend Steffen and the Villa. Great holiday. ##### Ceridwen G. Overall, would definitely recommend this spot! It’s a short 10 min drive into Ostuni. We loved relaxing at the villa whether it was in the morning, evening or a full day. AC in almost all the rooms was convenient but at this time of year the windows open were effective. The doors and windows with screens are great! The outdoor shower and cooking was incredible. Steffen provided shower towels, hand towels and beach towel. Plenty of hangers and shelving to put clothes. There were some minor amenities we were expecting because there were the services available (related to cooking eg. Oil, salt, sugar, garbage bags, aluminum foil and laundry soap) but when we communicated to Steffen he sent a care package the next day. Unfortunately we had already bought our supplies. He won’t replace toilet paper, but explained politely his reason for this. Other locations I’ve stayed at, had no issues with replacing supplies such as these. Steffen was responsive and offered an early and late check in. He gave directions to ensure we made it to the location as Google is inaccurate - listen to these instructions.
