Well beyond a five star luxury property, with service to match. The place effuses understated luxury and an unfussy vibe and is an architectural nirvana. Gorgeous pool, spa, grounds, electric bikes and room which was spotless. The best of the best in terms of furnishings. More intimate and understated but exceptional. My wife and I extended our stay it was so sublime. Cannot say enough about our host, Pinotta and her husband, who made our four day stay even better. We will be back...Ciao.

Staying here was an absolute dream. The property is immaculately clean and well taken care of. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very large. Definitely a top notch accommodation. The host Pinotta was very helpful and pleasant. she really cares and wants you to have the best possible time. She is incredibly responsive and provides great recommendations for what to check out in the area. The spa and pool is beautiful, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax in the isteria valley. Just beware that the road getting in is narrow and you will need to drive at least 20 min to get anywhere notable!!! The breakfast served is very yummy with a nice selection of Apulia n foods and very yummy desserts. Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area.

We had a wonderful stay at DDO Relais, Pinato and her husband home. They were very welcoming and their house was stylishly designed, lovely large cool rooms, gorgeous spa and pool area. Excellent spread of sweet pastries at breakfast.

Luxurious and relaxing

If you want to enjoy relaxing days by the pool at a luxurious location, this is the place for you. We stayed here and enjoyed every single minute of it. Welcoming owners and the standards are exceptionally high. A chef arrives every morning for breakfast and presents a variety of local delicacies. Will definitely return next time in Puglia.

O lugar é incrível , tudo pensando nos mínimos detalhes e com bom gosto na decoração . Cama , quarto , roupas super confortáveis. Café da manhã delicioso preparado com cuidado e servido com carinho pela Francesca Cada espaço foi pensado em como integrar a tradição e o design confortável . A piscina o spa, os jardins a iluminação são divinos. Um lugar silencioso perfeito pra se desconectar e se reconectar com o que realmente importa.

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno, abbiamo trovato accoglienza e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale. La colazione è ricca ed ha tutti prodotti di qualità e homemade. Si trova una piscina con idromassaggio e una spa molto bella con bagno turco e sauna. Mia moglie ha usufruito anche del massaggio in spa ed è stata molto soddisfatta. Un’oasi di paradiso immersa nel verde e in un contesto silenzioso in cui godersi natura e riposo. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e in ogni particolare. Eleganza, relax e benessere sono le parole chiave. Torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Ein besonders schönes Anwesen mit nur wenigen Zimmern. Sehr stylish und ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Nette Gastgeberin, die extra für uns ein köstliches Abendessen gekocht hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Relais ddò sehr empfehlen für Aufenthalte im Valle d’Itra.

La propiedad es preciosa, ofrecen bicis para andar por la zona, estacionamiento y estación de carga para coches eléctricos. El desayuno es bueno y la atención del personal también. Recomiendo pasar al menos un día completo ahí para desquitar las amenidades (spa y alberca), si regresaría a hospedarme ahí.

Struttura elegante e di classe, immersa nella suggestiva Valle d’Itria, a contatto stretto con la natura, ma a pochi Km dalle più belle cittadine della zona. Gestori molto ospitali, attenti ai bisogni dei clienti, prodighi di consigli ed attenzioni, per rendere il soggiorno il piu confortevole possibile. La piscina è un’oasi di pace e relax.
