    At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
    For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
    On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Schnuckeliges und ruhig gelegenes Appartement

Wir waren mit dem Appartement rundum zufrieden. Es ist sehr schön, mit viel Holz (Tischlerarbeit) eingerichtet. Als wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, uns mit dem WLAN zu verbinden, ist Hr. Flöter schnell vorbei gekommen und hat uns geholfen, vielen Dank nochmal!

Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft

Alles vorhanden, schöne Möbel, kleine Küche. Ausstattung top. Der Lüfter im Bad ist auch ok ! Keine lauten Geräusche. Internet auch top. Keine Sorgen .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt in dem Appartment. Sehr ruhige Lage. Geschirr und Töpfe ausreichend vorhanden, ausreichend Schrankraum. Auf den zwei Herplatten Platten(Ceranfeld) konnten wir uns gut einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Anregung: eine kleine Pfanne/kleiner Topf , damit zwei Töpfe gleichzeitig auf den Herd passen. Unangenehm war der zu laute Ventilator im Badezimmer, der zudem lange nachlief. Tipp für den nächstlichen Toilettenbesuch: eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen, damit der Schlaf des Partners/der Partnerin nicht gestört wird. Auch tagsüber war er mit der Lautstärke 59 dB störend laut. Und das Wlan war unzuverlässig.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt

Die Ferienwohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt es. WLAN funktioniert leider nur sehr sporadisch und an bestimmten Stellen. Lüfter im Bad laut und bringt leider nicht viel. Daher gut lüften. Das dies nicht jeder tut sieht man der Ferienwohnung an!!! Ruhige Lage und wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist optimal gelegen. Stadt ca. 5 Minuten Strand ca. 15 Minuten.

Urlaub auf dem Darss

Kann ich weiter empfehlen. Der Lüfter im Bad sollte erneuert werden. Sehr laut. Das WLAN ist nicht unbedingt schnell. Es sollte daran gearbeitet werden. Im großen und ganzen ist es ok. Also jammern auf hohem Niveau 🤗
