5br, private beach, waterfront for year round fun. Close to Ski and trials.

  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly renovated home, right off RT16! 2hrs from Boston. We are located in the rural and peaceful part of Duncan lake. We offer seasonal access to our private beach and lake access where you can enjoy our paddle boat and beach toys for the kids. Just bring your fishing rods, the bait shop is right up the street.

    5 bedrooms (1King, and 4 Queen) to make any party comfortable. Stone throw away from Wolfeboro, Hannaford, State Parks (White Lake, Wentworth), Local ski area (King Pine: tubing, downhill skiing that is very family friendly; Abenaki ski area), just 45 mins from Conway. Year round escape.

    Main floor offers: living, dining, fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher), 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms (King, 2 Queen), walk out to deck (with grill, stocked with propane)
    Lower level: kids toy area, Family room, Ping Pong table, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 full bath, and laundry and egress.
