The staff were very respectfully and helpful, and I had a wonderful stay. The only real gripes are retrieving the keys, which is a little sketchy and over-complicated- as well as the locks on the doors being a bit finicky and difficult to unlock sometimes. Overall though the hotel is good quality, and placed in a peaceful and convenient area, and again, the staff were amazing. Would recommend.

最寄りの駅から徒歩10分位でアクセスが良かった。 USJも乗り換え無しでドアtoドアで30分位 比較的、設備も新しく3名で宿泊したのですが十分な広さでした。 また、利用したいと思います。

旅行ですが、普段泊まっているビジネルホテルよりも広いワンルームタイプのお部屋で過ごせたので快適でした。 テレビのディズニープラスが再生できなかったことと、洗面台と浴室両方の排水溝が前の人たちの髪の毛なので詰まっていたこと以外は完璧でした！
