喫煙ルームなのでやむないですが、入ったときからにおいが強かったです。 堺東の東横INNは臭わなかった。また朝食も堺東がオカズが多彩で満足しました。パン食なので物足りなかった。 変わらないようでしたら次回は堺東にしたいと思います。

チェックインが22:00を回ったのですが、連絡したらすぐ丁寧に対応して下さり助かりました。 ただ、チェックイン時の機械の操作方法や館内の説明(エレベーターの操作にはルームキーを使用する等)は少し足りておらず、勝手が分からずに戸惑いました。 その他は部屋も綺麗で朝食も美味しく大満足です！ クレンジングや洗顔、化粧水等の使い捨てアメニティが置いてあるのも大変助かりました！ また機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思います！
