Everything was clean and convenient (laundry room in premises) but the AC did not work in the room. The hotel is older but it is priced accordingly. It was worth the stay to get around and visit tourists areas in Osaka. The room was incredibly small as was the bathroom facilities which when we've paid quite a lot stay here, we expect a level of quality that unfortunately was just not there. The room that we were staying in was deemed as a Smoking Room, we are not smokers, and this made our stay worse. The room was so smelly, the smoke from previous guests was stuck to all the walls and furnishings which I can't imagine is pleasant even for smokers, maybe consider an outdoor smoking area instead?
