Location is superb,Dotonburi, shops, restaurant and metro station are all nearby. The apartment facilities are very sufficient for young families like us. We generally like the room, the downside was the noise from the traffic and people, especially during evening and late night time, that could be easily heard from the bedroom, which could impact ones sleep quality and made you wake up from time to time... Another suggestion is that it would be also ideal to have a small TV in the lounge/dining area. The path to the room is a little bit narrow but it wasn't major issue for us.

This spacious, 1400 square foot two-bedroom apartment with kitchen, w/d, and very large bathroom was perfect for our party of five for three nights in Osaka. The hotel is very centrally located just 3 min walk from the Nippombashi subway station where we got a direct train our next destination, Nara, via the Kintetsu line. We probably could have taken the train from Kyoto to Osaka straight to that station but didn’t research it in time. The hotel is also 5 min from the dynamic and vibrant Dotonbori district, as well as the KUROMON food market. Shinsaibashi street shops are a few minutes walk. The train to Osaka castle and to Expo 2025 were very easily accessible from Nippombashi station. Our three teens absolutely loved the space and having their own full-sized beds in the large dormitory-style second bedroom, while my husband and I shared a cozy full bed in the connecting room next door. Check in and check out was easy if following instructions. The cleaning staff showed up promptly at 10am (Japanese efficiency) and we were able to stow our bags at rhe conveniently located luggage store next door for a nominal ¥500 fee per bag for the whole day. The 7-11 another 2 doors down was a huge plus. The location was perfect, space was great and value for money teriffic. The only complaints we had were getting the ac to work to combat inferno-like temperatures on arrival, and when we had trouble opening the keypad apartment door lock. But we still highly recommend it.

Convenient to 7-11 and train station. A little confusion about main lobby code instructions, but the customer support on Line was extremely quick to help with that. This is not a luxury type of unit but it worked out well for us!

Great location near train station and easy to walk to Dotonbori and Namba. No Luggage storage but handy luggage storage shop nearby. Painful check-in process and codes for access to enter main building and room. Rooms are good with very comfortable beds, lots of wardrobe space, full kitchen, large fridge, microwave, stove, and huge TV. 7-Eleven very convenient next door for bottled water, food and snacks. Lower street noise when toilet door is shut.

가격대비 공간이 너무 협소했어요 그리고 체크아웃 하는 날 건물 내 경보가 울리는데 계속 일본어로만 나와서 당황했어요 영어로도 방송을 함께 해줘야 관광객들이 알아들을 수 있을 것 같아요 통역기 돌렸는데, 화재경보였고 짐싸들고 계단으로 대피했는데 이게 뭔 일인가 싶었네요 위치는 괜찮았어요

地點很優，就日本橋站6號出口旁，難波心齋橋都走路可到，床真的是非常好睡，不是便宜貨，美中不足是半夜4點，突然火警警報，現場沒飯店人員，所有人在一樓，搞的幾乎整晚沒睡
