Inside hotel is very quiet, clean, wonderful customer service, friendly staff. It provides free toilet items. The bathroom is very small, I’m 5’5”, it’s just enough space. Not sure for tall people. The bed is comfortable. The only downside is location, it’s 7-10 minutes walk to one subway station, 10-16 minutes to Namba station. Clean rooms and great staff. The only inconvenience is that a taxi will not pick you up from in front of the hotel because of the location.
