Excellent hotel in a great location. Family 5 w/ toddler stayed in family quadruple room & we all really enjoyed the bunk pods. Tons of food & shopping all around the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next Osaka trip. Highly highly recommend for families looking for a fun place to stay.

The hotel seemed like a shack. The room was very hot even with the ac on full blast. Window seal was full of dust and dirt. The bathroom was extremely small. Worse than a cruise ship. I would have moved to another hotel if this was refundable. Honestly bits not. 9 out of 10. More like a 6 out of 10. Not a family hotel. Just a great location.

Very polite staff. However, the Expedia users should be careful as the check in time on Expedia says 3pm, but staff said the Expedia discounted price check in time is 8pm. After checking the website, i noticed that that communication was sent just 3 or 4 days before our booking. Watch out for all communications! I ended up paying 1000yen per hour extra to move our check in time from 8pm to 3pm.

Spacious room with three bunk beds and a living room, but small bathroom with weird sink controls. Room is worn down with some stains and scuffs. Windows are frosted and dirty so best to leave the blinds down which makes the room darker. But location is great next to Namba and Kuromon Market. Breakfast is good but doesn’t change daily and you have to commit to the style of food and time slot in advance.
