Extremely hot in Osaka, but lack of reasonable air conditioning in our Executive Level room made sleeping very uncomfortable. At night air flow was practically non-existent even at the lowest setting. The mattress was also not very comfortable. Very clean however and staff were very friendly and helpful. Executive Lounge was well supplied and staffed during service hours.

Hotel coffee and breakfast in the Executive Lounge and Folk Cafe were excellent offerings to start each day. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. If trains are your thing for adventuring, Osaka Station is just across the street. Otherwise, taxi options always available and waiting just outside of the hotel lobby. Very attentive staff, helpful, willing to accommodate various requests always with kindness and a smile. Would stay here again and will recommend to others who plan to visit.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff was helpful everywhere except at the cafe. They were not helpful or friendly at the My Place Cafe. Rooms were more western than other locations we stayed in Japan, which is what I thought we might want toward the end of our trip. Nice overall. Good location.
