We called the emergency number, they answered straight away and solve it for us. We were afraid but they were really fast and efficient. Really good English from the emergency staff as well. But beds are really confortable. On a quiet street, but near Namba. And few other Metro lines. Very clean, small balcony is very practical. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Clean cheap and efficient staff that are able to communicate via text. Check in via check in machine makes it convenient and easy to do. Amenities are available to help yourself. Space is a little tight in the bathroom but usable. We would likely book this property again. Consideting these aspects, I found the rate quite expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in Japan and in Osaka. The rooms are super small, barely enough room for one person let only two. The hotel room was at least clean. I found the staff to be a little petty and not very accommodating.
