A natural onsen is available at the hotel, which is the biggest attraction for me. The hotel is located close to underground transport and it is easy to travel to different attractions in Osaka.

We stayed here based on a friend's recommendation, and we are so glad we did! The hotel is spectacularly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. One of the best features is the onsen and sauna, which were absolutely wonderful after a long day of walking and exploring. They also offer complimentary ramen at night, which was delicious! Another great convenience is the free washing machines with complimentary detergent. The dryers cost only 100 yen for 20 minutes, which was enough to dry our clothes. The staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also convenient, about a 10-minute walk from several metro stations. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It's comfortable, spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and offers excellent value. I absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

The hotel is located near Subway station about 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants available in the neighborhood. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comparatively spacious in this area. Breakfast included was tasty abundant in choices and healthy. There’s even complimentary ramen available in the evening. I would recommend to friends.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Check in and check out was quick, the hotel let us store our bags for the afternoon after checkout. The complimentary ramen and ice cream was a lovely surprise and much needed after a long flight. The onsen on the top floor was a relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again.

second stay at a Dormy hotel and l really enjoyed. The value. Room is clean and well appropriate simple no-frills. staff is courteous and helpful. Love that they have sauna facilities even though i didn't get back in time to use it. I pretty much booked it because of this feature.

Truly appreciated the complimentary morning probiotic drinks, afternoon ice cream snack and night time ramen noodle soup. Wish management would consider allocating specific time of day for parents & kids in onset so that other hotel guests can plan around this time if want relaxing kid free time in onset.

Dormy inn is preferred hotel chain to stay in Japan because it has a men/women onsen on-site (with popsicles or ice cream in the resting area), free ramen past dinner time, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The onsen room had a cold plunge, indoor hot onsen and an outdoor hot onsen tub. The change room had nice face moisturizers, combs, hair dryers, hair ties, and cotton pads that you can use. My room had two beds and the bedding was comfortable. Room was pretty clean too. You can request more pillows at the front counter. The washing machine and soap were free but the dryer requires coins so make sure you bring coins if you’d like to use the dryer. The lobby lounge has machines for: hot or cold water dispensers; and coffee machine for different styles of coffee.

Loved the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there were guests (Moms) with their children utilizing the Onsen. These guests allowed the children to run around, yell, and splash, as if they were at a pool in a park or at home. My understanding is Onsen are for relaxing and meditating and on that particular evening it was not able to. Perhaps the staff needs to monitor that area a little more. Other than that this place was great.

This was my first time staying here, and I thought it was an excellent hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, although I highly recommend bringing your own pillow because the hotel’s pillows are very hard. The breakfast buffet was very nice, offering a variety of Western and Asian foods. I think what would have improved my stay is if the hotel offered guests the option to log into their own streaming service accounts, such as Disney+ or Netflix, so that they could watch movies during their downtime.
