Good sized room and clean. Close to the train stations, food market, Tower and denden town. Only small thing is there isn't any AC in the lobby and halls. Overall great experience.

Property was very close to stations that were very convenient. Hotel was clean and had everything you need. The only thing I would say is check in is kind of late and they don’t let you in early. Our checkout at our other location was at 11 and we got to the hotel at 12:30. We didn’t know there wouldn’t be any storage or even lobby. But other than that it was our favorite stay so the check in wasn’t a big issue once we got into the big room. Also had so much room for clothes

Check In was easy and it was close to the train station , we walked back from dotonbori just about a 20 minute walk the way back did seem a little grimmy though but apart from that highly recommend it love the fact it had a fridge and a small kitchen throwing away the trash was a little tricky but we figured it out and with the heat our clothes got easily dried , many Konbinis near and easily accessible hitachi tower was with in 3-4 blocks will definetly choose this place next time I'm in Osaka

We had a good staycation with this property. Everything was perfectly prepared for our stay but only one thing. The host had no consideration when we requested for a late check out for the reason we arrived very late for a check - in . ( our flight arrived at past 6pm . then 1 hour drive from the airport). Location wise, she is near to one of the attraction and walking distance to Lawson and 7-11 convenience store , as well to a good restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and close to metro. Only thing thing we discovered, was that when we wanted to come in contact with customer support, we came to a answer machine. There is no reception. We got lucky and a staff member walked by. He was so helpful and sweet and helped us with our problem.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The checkin process was easy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed; we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids).
