Situated with a Northwestern Exposure, you'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the spacious deck overlooking the Lake's main channel. This Upscale Condominium really stands out from the others! After purchasing the condo, the owners took their time to update and remodel to ensure it would become a prime vacation rental! You'll appreciate the modernized kitchen and master suite bath (especially the shower) - and their choices of furnishings and décor. The result is an all-new Lands' End unit in the most sought-after 3 Bed 3 Bath floorplan! Lands' End is well-known for having the best location, pools, views, and amenities the lake area has to offer. Within a few miles are a long list of popular restaurants both on and off the water and a variety of entertainment activities. Around the complex, the amenities will fulfill your days. Our guests especially enjoy the lazy river and waterpark as well as lounging at the main pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry. Be sure to take in the sunset before heading back to the condo to relax and enjoy your family and friends! The condo has 3 Bedrooms (including 2 suites) and 3 Full bathrooms. The master suite features a high-quality King bed, a walk-out to the deck overlooking the lake, and a luxurious bath with oversized jetted tub and separate shower. The second suite bedroom offers 2 Double beds and a private bath with a tub/shower Combo. The third bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with easy access to the third full bath off of the main living area. All of the bedrooms have televisions, and the living room and deck offer tv's as well. We have 14x40' Boat Slips available to accommodate just about any boat (additional fee applies)! Numerous Boat Rental operations are located close by, and we are happy to offer recommendations. Our property is smoke free, pet free, and we have a minimum age for rental of 25\. This Condo was very clean, Updated and had all the amenities you would need for traveling. The kitchen had everything, the beds were very comfortable. Access to parking lot was easy to unload. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. This condo is has every store and restaurant you could need all with in a few miles. Location on the Lake is perfect. It is very easy to access. we found it to be a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The location is very close to restaurants. We recommend this property. We are an older group of folks, and found that the parking situation was a little challenging. This space was perfect for my family of 6 (retired parents + 2 adult children and their spouses). We stayed here in summer 2022 and loved it so much we came back! One large improvement from our first stay was the screened in patio which allowed us to enjoy outside and the view of the water/sunsets without being swarmed by bugs. Overall the apartment had plenty of space for all 3 couples, was in a perfect spot to walk to most of our meals, and was very close to perfect for us. It wasn't super clean, but the lack of cleanliness didn't affect our stay and wouldn't prevent us from returning (and we care a LOT about cleanliess). Highly recommend! ##### Taylor P. This condo was amazing. Clean, lots of room to spread out, everything you need. They had a whole box of trash bags, many extra rolls of TP, an extra paper towel roll and plenty of gas for the fireplace which we literally ran the whole day, every day, and it produced heat! Yay! Lovely screened in deck if you go when the weather is nice. We were there in the winter so we didn't use it. A gas fireplace out there would be a lovely addition:) Surrounding area had so many nice restaurants and shopping and the place is super easy to access. My family all lives in Missouri, but I am in North Carolina, so this was a very special week for us as we celebrated both my sisters' birthdays while there! There were six of us in all, my older sister and her husband, my husband and myself, my younger sister (who is a widow), and my younger brother (who is single). There was plenty of room for all of us, and the lake was beautiful. We had a wonderful time together...first time all together for that long in at least 50 years.
