Your get-away at the lake begins here! Just minutes from the outlet mall and walking distance to trampoline park and great restaurants, this condo is what you are looking for. The unit is complete with updated furnishings, free wi-fi and cable, four smart TVs with and a view that just won't quit. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, master bath, closet and individual climate control. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Being a top floor unit, the vaulted ceiling is open to the loft that has two twin XL beds and a queen double stack air mattress if needed for additional sleeping space. All bedding is providing including extra blankets, pillows and extra towels. For your convenience, we have provided a stackable washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The balcony is complete with outdoor seating space for you to enjoy breath-taking views of the main channel and the amazing pool (in season). A beautiful stone fireplace that burns Dura-Flame logs (the only type permitted to burn in the fireplaces) provides a cozy gathering place for a chilly winter's night. The kitchen is fully supplied with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator and ice-maker, built-in microwave, range and dishwasher. Small appliances provided include blender, coffee maker and toaster along with pots and pans, plastic ware, dishes, drinking glasses and wine glasses for 8. Basic spices and condiments are also provided. Whether it's a family gathering, a girls shopping weekend, golf outing or just a much-needed getaway, this is the place for you. We have a two-night minimum stay for the weekends. Minimum 3 night stay on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day holidays is required.
The housekeeping fee that is charged is for normal cleaning needs. Additional cleaning required will result in fees withheld from the deposit.

We had a lovely stay at this updated and very clean condo with our family and a couple of friends. The layout was perfect — 2 bedrooms, a cozy loft, 2 bathrooms, and a nice balcony where we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made feeding our crew super easy. They also provided plenty of large, soft pool towels, and the pool area itself was beautiful and well-kept.The only downside was the loft was hard to keep as cool as the rest of the house and that the unit itself is on the top floor and there’s no elevator, so the stairs could be a bit of a workout at times. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great Stay, Great Location

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament, but we were able to enjoy the amenities of the condo in our down time. The pool was great! It’s close to several restaurants and highway access, so we didn’t need to navigate much “strip” traffic. The condo was in good condition and as described. The kitchen was well stocked, too. We had everything we needed!

The picture very accurately portray what you get. The property was clean. There was an issue with the second payment with VRBO and the host was patient while we worked through it. Family throughly enjoyed the stay.

Location was great, check in process..great. Communication with owner was good, but we had issues with the tv and kitchen lighting which were never addressed or resolved. The unit could use an update as there was obvious "previous leaks", poor water pressure, all linens/towels were old, worn out and very undesirable. Great view and location (both the lake and city) but noisy since unit sets very close to the road. Pet friendly (which was great) We would probably look elsewhere next time (especially if offered at the same rate)

Place was a great a value with a great pool and view. Only suggestions would be a better stocked kitchen and a few more towels. Air conditioning was great in the master bedroom But not as great in the other bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

1st trip to Ozarks

The property is well kept, clean, and quiet. The owner is very responsive within hours of contact. We had some issues with some lighting not working and the dryer tumbler not turning. The property manager attempted to get someone to come a service the issues unfortunately no one was able to come out. We stayed for 2 nights. She voluntarily gave us a small refund for our troubles. The loft winding staircase is a little difficult to navigate, the teens used the loft area with the two twin beds. The unit is on the top floor, which was okay for my party, but may be a concern for some. Overall, great experience.

The accommodation was as described and even better. It was in a safe place, very well located and with a view. The cleaning was up to par and you couldn't tell if there were any pets left from the last person. We will use this place again on our next vacation in the area.
