Residenza Monaldeschi is a grandiose experience that brings the mind back to the past, with its prevailing view on the central Via Garibaldi and with a private terrace where you can spend unique moments in the city of tuff. The apartment is welcoming and tastefully renovated, equipped with all comforts. Entrance/hallway, large living room with sofa, master double bedroom, another bedroom with double sofa bed and Smart TV, bathroom with spacious shower, very large dining area with separate kitchen; everything is completed with a small loggia to allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation. Independent heating system, equipped kitchen, espresso coffee machine with assorted capsules available, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, wi-fi and hairdryer. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen available. Change of linen and weekly cleaning service are guaranteed (on request it is possible to have an extra mid-week cleaning service). The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people: the main double bedroom is connected both to the living room and also to the adjacent bedroom with the double sofa bed; it can be used both for two couples of friends as well as for a family with children. Leonardo is a gracious and responsive host; the entire process of checking in and out was perfectly seamless. Feeling like Italian Nobility was a treat, except with all necessary modern conveniences. Having been to Orvieto before this was perfect home base to explore Umbria. From the time of booking thru check out Leonardo could not have been more helpful ! Great communication. He personally met at arrival and gave a tour of this clean , comfortable place. Loved the little balcony !! Perfect location with a few restaurants right outside . Loved the sounds of the town coming alive in the morning and totally quiet thru the night . Orvieto is an easily walkable town so we ventured out for dinner every evening. The place has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen also. The only suggestion would be to add some larger bath towels . But the robes are a really nice added touch !
