Brand New 2024! Welcome to The Windsor Magic! We have just completely remodeled The Windsor Magic. Everything is brand new – all new furniture, all the appliances are brand new, brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new master bathrooms and showers, new flooring, TVs and the list goes on. We also upgraded our game room to a professional arcade room. We have game rooms in some of our other homes. In this home it is a professional arcade with games you might find at Dave & Busters or Chuck-E-Cheese. We have an NBA basketball shooting game, Skee-Ball like you may have played at a seaside boardwalk arcade, and two Batman racing games. You can play individually or go head-to-head in two player mode. We have an immersive Luigi's Mansion game where two players sit inside the gaming cabinet to capture kid-friendly ghosts. We have a multi-cade system that has all of the classic arcade games from the 1980s on one machine, such as Pac-Man, Ms Pac-Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Space Invaders, and more. Finally, we have an 8 foot long professional air hockey table. The best part? All of these games are set to "free play" for our guests - no quarters needed! Our arcade room has been completely finished and insulated, and the garage doors removed, so it is a true "room". It also has its own dedicated air conditioning system, making it quite cool - even in the warmer months of the year. The most important feature of our family retreat is that we offer one of the few south-facing pool homes in Windsor Hills that also has no rear neighbors. Spend a moment viewing the Windsor Hills development on an aerial map. Most of the south-facing homes back right up to another property. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west – limiting the amount of sun the pool area will receive. If you select a home that has rear neighbors, the neighbors pool will be approximately 10 feet from your pool – not my idea of relaxing! Take a look at the view from our pool area and you will see the difference. Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Every bedroom has its own flat-panel television. You will also have access to all of the amenities at Windsor Hills for no additional cost. Windsor Hills has an amazing zero-entry community pool, a large water park for the children, a basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, ping pong tables and a putting green. We also provide our guests access to the Windsor Hills Fitness Center, which offers multiple cardio machines as well as weight/resistance training. Windsor Hills is the closest resort to Disney that is not an actual Disney hotel. Our home is only 2.5 miles from the main Disney gates, so it takes us about 6 minutes to get from our home to the Animal Kingdom. We are also right next door to the award winning Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Some resorts advertise that they are just "miles to Disney", but that can still be a very long drive. We are only 2.5 miles away, but it still takes 6 minutes to get to Disney. For resorts that are 10 miles away, it can sometimes take 30-40 minutes (each way) depending on the Orlando traffic on that particular day. We are available by both phone and e-mail during your stay, and we have a local caretaker who lives 15 minutes away and is available 7 days a week should you need any assistance during your stay Please note: The Windsor Hills waterpark will be closed for renovations between January 5th, 2026 and February 6, 2026 (approximate dates). There wasn’t a spec of dust to be found. All the necessary amenities were there plus extras. Having each bedroom have its down bathroom was also huge for our family. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them busy when we were there. Pool and hot tub were also incredibly clean and tidy. Location was also very close to Disney all other fun attractions. There was also a Walmart less than a mile away for groceries which was super convenient. Communication from host was great, and we never had any issues. Can’t recommend this place more highly. Was the best experience we’ve ever had from a property/host standpoint. My kids were so impressed with the arcade & pool they were (repeatedly) begging to go back to the house within an hour of their first time being at Magic Kingdom. Adults equally enjoyed the house too. It's perfectly set up, ample amount of bathrooms & tvs, modern kitchen appliances, etc. Beds and linens are very comfortable. I slept better here than I do on most vacations. The place was incredibly clean and there wasn't a trace of any guests before us. I'd recommend this to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to revisit or stay at any of the owners' other properties. Owners/managers are very communicative and helpful. The development itself is great and this house was perfectly located near the entrance, playgrounds and the pool. Walmart & Starbucks less than a mile away, Disney a quick 15 min drive. This house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was well equipped for the baby. The pool has a fence around it and a pool alarm on the door. It had themed rooms for the other two kids and 2 masters on the first floor. We even had a bedroom we never used! The pool was amazing. It was always warm. The host always answered our questions promptly. The drive into Epcot was only 13 mins! So easy! Magic Kingdom was easy too. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Marianne J. The home is very spacious and as there were 5 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean upon arrival and very well situated in terms of closeness to stores and attractions. The communication with the hosts was excellent and very responsive. Entry instructions to the community is very well managed. Kids and us enjoyed the game room and nights were spent playing pool which is very good. The actual pool and hot tub were very good. Our experience at Windsor Magic in Windsor Hills was wonderful! The owners were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The house was clean, and spacious, the game room was a hit. The heated pool at the house was AMAZING as we did have a couple of cooler days/evenings and we were all still able to enjoy a swim or soak in the hot tub. It was really nice to have the wide open field area behind the house, without another house/pool backing up to ours so we didn’t feel like we were being watched when we were out back The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The large outside patio table was fantastic and we enjoyed most of our family meals and the beautiful weather out there and not being stuck at home with the low 30’s Indiana was having at the time. The location was great too! Disney as well as food options were both close and easy to access. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We go to Disney every January for marathon weekend. We have stayed on Disney property and in many homes at Windsor Hills over the years. This was our favorite place to stay so far. There were eight adults at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The home has two master suites. The pool and hot tub was nice and warm, which is wonderful in January. The hosts had good communication with us so we had no issues. The house was extremely clean and centrally located (very convenient to get to the Disney Parks). Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub (which was very warm and great for the cooler nights!) Our kids enjoyed the game room, too. The property is very quiet with wide open spaces behind the home. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and there was a long line for check-in that night, trying to get through the security gates as an initial guest. However, every other time that we went in and out of the property, we didn't have any issues. Bill & Donna have a very detailed and thorough book of their house and things to do in the area. That was so helpful, too. Definitely recommend shopping at the Super Target that Bill recommended - it had everything!! ##### Lisa L.
