Community From the community you have easy access to Interstate 4 (I-4). It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the major attractions of Orlando including Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. The community itself features a 6700 sq ft clubhouse with an internet room, fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. There are also various outdoor activities possible, among them are a volleyball field, children’s playground, picnic area. What you will love in Solterra is resort style pool with a water slide and beach like entrance. There is a one-time leisure patron amenity fee per stay of 35$ for up to 12 guests. It is payable directly at the community pool, so you can decide during your stay if you want to opt in. If you prefer the beach over a pool, that’s just about an hour drive until you can hop in the ocean. Our Villa Is a single story house with a wide and open floor plan with over 2800 sqft of living area excluding the gorgeous covered outdoor area (lanai). The house was professionally decorated with modern décor and contemporary furniture. We have two en suite Masters with king beds, each having a separate restroom and a private bathroom. One Master has a gorgeous walk- in double shower and the other Master has a walk-in shower and a tub. The Queens room has an en-suite bathroom too. The Twin and Bunked Bed room share a full bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is accessible from the pool so you can enjoy a nice warm or cold shower before and after the pool. All our beds are equipped with a mattress topper so you can get a good night sleep after an exhausting day in the parks. In our two living areas there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. In the living room is equipped with a 60 “ Flat Screen TV and the retreat offers you a 55 “ Flat Screen with a game station. The sectional in the retreat can be transformed into another queen size bed where the kids can hang out or you could have a short break. In addition we provide Flat Screen TVs throughout the house in the bedrooms. The enormous kitchen is fully equipped. Supplementary to the normal coffee maker you’re welcome to use the Nespresso machine and froth maker provided, but you would have to bring the coffee capsules with you. For seating we offer you a formal dining table, a breakfast nook and some high chairs. A washer, dryer and iron is provided in case you would have to do some laundry. Our pool is southwest facing with a large open space on the south side. At the raised Jacuzzi you can enjoy the comforting sound of the spa and the water feature while relaxing in one of our loungers. You could also have a nice evening chat with family or friends at the table on our lanai. For your safety you can use the child safety fence provided. We offer free high speed WiFi throughout the house so you can stay in touch with the rest of the family or work if you must. The kids we had with us had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of space and it was in great vicinity of shopping and eating! There were six of us in the house. Everything was as described. All six guests enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. There are none of the conveniences most VRBOs have such as toiletries, toilet paper, spices, etc. You have to supply all of your own. The house did have quite a bit of dust, especially on the dishes in the dining room table. Linens were clean.The house is very spacious with lots of restrooms. This villa was very clean and the owners were great with speedy communication! They even gave us a bag of treats to welcome us. We made most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything I needed. The pots and pans were like new! The fountains by the pool were so relaxing that naps happed frequently. We purchased pool heat and it was well worth it! The water was 85 degrees perfect for our group of seniors. I will be recommending this villa to anyone visiting Florida. First of all, from before our trip to the stay itself the host was excellent when it came to promptly answering all of our questions. We were very thankful for that. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed with our family of 8\. The pool was wonderful with a night light which we turned on for night swimming. The few minor issues (Like a light not working) were taken care of that same day when we contacted our host. The clubhouse area was an added plus with a waterslide and lazy river. The house layout was perfect and so convenient and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was amazing. The screen made it a perfect little paradise. We didn’t leave the house much because we enjoyed it so much. The neighborhood was so safe and we loved the pool and lazy river was a fun time. The grill was great and all appliances are new and upgraded. Everything was so clean and was easy to walk in and feel instantly comfortable. I would 100% start here on our next visit. We had a full house, but the house is very spacious and set up to give everyone their space. There is much of the equipment you need, although you need to be prepared to bring your own soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dish soap/dishwashing detergent. It was about 10 minutes to many stores. The beds were all very comfortable, the garage area was fun, and the back patio with the pool/hot tub were amazing. The hosts are great at communicating and answering any questions or concerns. The community is quiet and the club house with all the amenities is a bonus if you need more to do.
