Hard to find a view like this on the established Windsor Palms resort with no rear neighbors! Stand alone spa and with optional heated pool, this villa has everything you will need for your vacation. Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. PLEASE NOTE\*\*Property has exterior cameras that record both video and audio for security purposes for our guests. Tampering or blocking security cameras will be cause for eviction. One located to view front door area, one to view right side of home (screen door area),one located in lanai area to view exterior area, one located on right side of garage and one located to the left side of the home\*\* This home has recently had new carpet, new furniture including couches, fresh paint, new laminate flooring, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances! Beautifully decorated modern living with all the comforts of home. Kitchen is fully stocked with a laundry room to the side with a full washer and dryer. TWO king bedrooms both with ceiling fans to help with the Florida heat, one twin room and a bunk bed room that has a twin size on top and a full size on the bottom. All with TVs with cable. Plush towels and bath mats with each bathroom. Kitchen dining table seats 6 people with extra bar stools and another dining table for 4 if needed. Pool table, foosball table and a poker table in the converted garage/games room! Highchair provided with a pack n play for the little ones. If your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates. Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food (including salt and pepper) or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs. Windsor Palms resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7\. As for the community rules, there is a strict 4 car maximum policy for registered guests for each home, which includes daily visitors. Even 3 different sizes of coolers which were great for taking our food and drinks to the park. We unfortunately experienced hurricane Miltion. The only issue was a power outage to the whole area for approximately 36 hours. This is where Pineapple vacation homes came into their own. We are a 3 generation UK family, our grandchildren are 6 months and 3 years old. After 24 hrs without power Natalie offered to move us free of charge to a property they manage which had power. We didn’t take this kind offer up as our power came on that afternoon. But wow. What a fantastic gesture of help. Which we will always be grateful for. All in all we had a great stay in this lovely, well maintained, clean and fresh villa. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Mark H. Well, it felt great. It was so nice to come back from a busy day at the parks and have the ability to relax in the privacy of this lovely home. The house was cozy with all of the modern conveniences that we needed. The check-in process was simple. Communication was fast and pleasant. The house was spotlessly clean. Everything was even nicer than it looked in pictures. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were great! Our daughters loved it (3 and 1)! My mom came with us and the 2nd bedroom with its own private bathroom was perfect for her to have her own space. Great location close to all the amusement parks and whatever we needed! It was perfect for two families with kids. The pool felt amazing after hot days at Disney. The kitchen and laundry helped us feel at home. The king bed in the master bedroom was maybe the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! It took us 10 minutes to get to animal kingdom, 20 to Hollywood studios and about 50 to Legoland. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two king master bedrooms and two other bedrooms for the kids were perfect for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and we especially liked the stand-alone hot tub because it was an actual hot tub! There are no immediate backyard neighbors and the lanai is surrounded by shrubs that made it feel like there weren't any next door neighbors. It was extremely clean and well organized with plenty of pool towels. Natalie was great to work with and answered all my pre-trip questions quickly. Driving to any of the Disney Parks took about 15 minutes and Universal Studios was about 30 minutes. \*\*Additional note: There is a Walmart nearby, but I would recommend doing an online pick-up order instead of a delivery. They were quite overwhelmed during spring break and our delivery was a couple hours late. ##### Jon & Erin H.
