This Fabulous 5 Star resort amenities include kids Water Park area, teen and adult water slides, community pool, 2 restaurants/bars, workout room, kid play zone, tennis courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, small marketplace, arcade room, bike rentals, etc. A vacation lover's dream! This is a great cost effective way to get 5 star quality, enjoy memorable family/group time, & plenty of room to eat-in!

With 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 17 guests, everyone in the family can spread out. The upstairs loft area is the one stop entertainment center with a PS4 video game console and the themed games room with a ping pong and air hockey table!
A private pool deck and spa let's you and your family relax after a long day at the theme parks which is less than ten minutes away!

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for 4 families. We had to contact the owner and had a very fast response and resolution. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and clean. The downstairs living room furniture was wet and smelly and needs replacing. Since we spent most our time outside this did not effect the group. Be Aware. There are 3-4 bedrooms with full-size beds which these rooms could only hold 1 adult rather than 2. Twins would be much better. Our group will have to look elsewhere next year only for this reason.

Nice place

Lots of room as shown in listing. Pool and waterpark were great. Kitchen well stocked with two refrigerators and dishwashers. Only thing missing was a cookie sheet.

Great house but not as nice as shown in the online add

Big house, bigger than it looks from the outside. All bedrooms as shown in the pictures, but the beds definitely needs to be replaces as they were worn down in the center making you sleep as in a hammock. Kitchen big and spacious with dual dishwashers and fridges which was super nice. We hade some cleanliness issues with cockroaches that was dealt with after calling maintenance a second time and the outside patio/pool area was not as pleasant as shown in the pictures where furnature was missing and the tidiness of the area was maintained poorly. Also, the pictures showing the rooms with games/activities for the kids were not accurate as the only thing still in the house was the ping pong table in the garage. Overall it is a nice big house for the big family, close to almost everything that we enjoyed during our stay but that would have been more disappointing if we hadn't been away at the parks all days.

They thought of everything! Excellent vacation home!

This home was absolutely perfect for our travel party of 14 people with kids ranging from 3 years to 14 years old and adults. It was equipped with everything we could need during our stay - the two laundry rooms were a major bonus! The home was nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Make sure to visit the neighborhood water park it's a must see (the bar there makes great drinks too), our entire group had a blast! I would definitely book here again! When you arrive for your stay go to the main gate (there are several gates to access the community which can be a bit confusing) and read all the guidelines for your stay, we saw some other vacationers had vehicles towed for parking on the street, the driveways provide ample space, we had 3 vehicles that fit nicely in ours).

Family enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of ten. We did have to have service on some of the televisions from the cable company but was taken care of promptly. There were plenty of dishes but could have used a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Overall, a great place and would come again.

Great house and location

House was beautiful. The pool was awe but had slight issue upon arrival that was taken care of quickly. House was well stocked.l Beds were comfortable. Lots of space for adults and teens. Would definitely stay again!

The house was larger than I expected, very open which made it a bit loud with all the noise bouncing off the walls. The pool filter has a loud running sound as well. There were toiletries provided like a hotel but not enough toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen/laundry soap for a whole week. One towel per person was manageable with loads of laundry. The house has some wear and tear, and the management company came out to fix a few things upon request. We did arrive to a house without wifi and had to get that resolved. The management company worked on a solution with us by mid week so overall I’d say it was mostly good.

Had a blast

Overall, our family had an absolute blast staying at this property. The community waterpark WAY exceeded our expectations. The waterpark staff had organized activities/competitions every couple of hours that our whole family enjoyed. The pools and slides were never crowded - absolutely perfect for all ages. The food and drinks at the pool restaurant were delicious. We also used the home’s backyard pool and hot tub every night when we returned from the parks and it was a great spot to hang out after a long day. The house was super spacious for our group of 11. There were two dishwashers, fridges and washer/dryers, which was so nice! My husband used the workout facility everyday and gives it two thumbs up. What would have made this a 5-Star stay? The carpet could use a cleaning and the interior walls could use a paint refresh. The propane tank was empty upon arrival and we were told we’d need to fill it ourselves at the gas station, which we did (then only grilled once). The kitchen could use a non-stick skillet or two. None of these things were a huge deal to us and I would still recommend the house. The positives of the property and neighborhood far outweighed any negatives and the location can’t be beat if you’re heading to Disney. Enjoy!

Poor Management

Property Owner never sent the door code and trying to reach someone for assistance was nearly impossible. The front checkin desk was not able to properly assist with the checkin and referred us to the property manager that was non-responsive for hours. Two televisions in the house didn’t work. Stains on the furniture and hairs were found on the bathroom towels. Small German Roaches were in the house and larger roaches were in the garbage/game room. There is a charge to heat the pool and jacuzzi for a minimum of three days. Property should at minimum provide a heated jacuzzi. Glad we were visiting the Disney parks most of time because we couldn’t have enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi since the water was way too cold. It was a disappointing rental home. We hope to get a better one for our visit.

Loved being together with family 15 of us celebrating 2 big birthdays

Size wise was great however the furnishings etc need a lot of work. Broken chairs stained furniture glass cracked on tv among other things This will be a great house when they take the time to fix it up. We were afraid we would get blamed as no one was there to check it out. Very Skimpy on towels 1 per person so take your own. Games were in the garage which was hot.

First Annual Family Vacation

The property was amazing! I felt like I was at home because it was so comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. I loved every aspect of the home...from the pool to the bathrooms and bathrooms. But what I truly loved was the kitchen!!! Everything was clean and in place. I will most definitely book this home again!

Kissimmee Staycation

Overall we had a great time. I gave it a 4/5 because the condition of the property was a little worn, some of the bathrooms were not cleaned well, and you charge a large cleaning fee but then make us clean the place better than the cleaning service. If you’re going to charge that amount of money, we should not be the ones doing 95% of the cleaning.
