This stylish, modern and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,400 sq. ft. condo is located in the Heritage Crossing neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort. It possesses the perfect balance of tasteful modern luxury and comfort, breathtaking views, easy access to Disney and the area’s attractions, and a playful Star Wars-themed room for the kids, including the latest X-Box ONE. French doors connect the living room and master suite to two private west-facing terraces with stunning unobstructed views of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course and breathtaking sunsets, with the magnificent heritage crossing pool and hot tub close by. Two more French doors connect the living room to the master suite (with a black-out curtain for complete privacy), and an outdoor sofa providing the ideal perch to relax. The glass doors and high ceilings allow natural light to fill the apartment year-round, while the black-out shades on all the bedroom windows allow you to sleep late or go to bed early if you need to transition to the time change. Fall asleep on the highest quality mattress and linens on one of two king size beds, or the two full size beds in the children’s room. In addition to the 55” HD smart TV in the living room, all bedrooms also have 32” HD TV’s all with cable. A high-chair, stroller, and Pack-n-Play are all provided for your use. With seating for 6 inside and out, there are two great places to enjoy a meal overlooking the beautiful surrounding landscape. The kitchen and all bathrooms have polished granite counters and solid wood cabinets. The master bathroom has an oversized bathtub and separate shower, while the 2nd bathroom located adjacent to the other two bedrooms also has a bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, electric kettle, and even a Nespresso coffee & espresso machine (available upon request). Additionally, there is a 4-slice toaster, blender, stainless steel microwave, oven, stove, stainless steel dishwasher in a kitchen fully stocked with all flatware, dishes, cookware and utensils. All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort – including 2300 acres of scenic walking trails perfect for relaxing strolls or morning runs right out your backdoor, world class amenities including infinity pools, a full-service spa, on-site fine dining, including the rooftop restaurant with views of Disney's fireworks, and a fully equipped fitness center. Please note this home does not include access to certain other amenities, such as golf access, or the little onsite water park (lazy river with 1 slide). A rental agreement, that serves as an entry voucher, is provided to all guests and must be signed to be valid. IMPORTANT DETAILS No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, including strict compliance with respect for neighbors. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers with no refund. No Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. The furnishing were very nice and had everything we needed. Really appreciated having 3 bedrooms and a nice gathering area with a view of the golf course. The property was VERY clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. Michael followed up with us on each step of the process. We had no issues during our stay. The grounds were so nice on a golf course. Nice layout with master on one side and two bedrooms on the other side with a bathroom on each. Beds were comfortable, decorated lovely, full size star wars video game (fun). Would love to stay here again when in the area. We drove from Universal to stay here & I think we got there in about 30 minutes. Also it had 2 outside terraces to sit and enjoy breakfast & coffee. Our host was in contact every step of the way. The condo comes with everything you need including a pack n play for babies. The covered patio is perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. The pool closest to the condo was delightful. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to tour the whole property. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Orlando. ##### JENNIFER S. Large and comfortable for party of 4, ages 20-75\. We enjoy the common areas, as well as having plenty of space for quiet time. Unit is as described, clean with a lovely view of golf course. We enjoyed morning coffees and a nightcap on the patio under the stars. The owner is easy to communicate with and quickly responds to any questions. It has everything you need and is within easy reach of restaurants and a supermarket. The owner is contactable and it is reassuring to know there are contacts to hand, should we have needed anything. There is outside seating and the view over the golf course is lovely and relaxing. Amenities such as trash bags and dishwasher tabs are provided which is really helpful. This unit was well maintained and very clean. It is on the upper end of Heritage Crossing and it was very quiet. The Reunion property is great for walking and close to many dining options as well as Disney properties. Michael was great to work with and very responsive. His assistant Kim was also a pleasure to work with. Check-in was a cinch and the instructions were clear and accurate. We had access to all the pools and fitness center. My daughter and son-in-law stayed with us for one of the 3 weeks and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed to cook in when we did not dine out. We were very skeptical; however, I am happy to say we had a great experience. The unit we rented was clean and well stocked with essentials to cook and dine in. Restaurants are close by on campus or just a short drive away if you choose to eat elsewhere. The unit is conveniently located and we were able to walk to many areas within Reunion as well as to the local Dunkin Donuts and CVS that are close by. Instructions provided on how to check in, the amenities we had access to, and the checkout process were all accurate, arrived when promised, and easy to follow. The unit owner, Michael, quickly responded to any of our questions before, during, and after our rental. I can see why he is a Premier Host. We have stayed at reunion before and were a little concerned that the location of this unit would be older and perhaps not as nice as the newer residences at Reunion Resort, however, Michael has done a very good job with modernizing his home. Kitchen was comfortable with a gas stove (loved it). It was spacious for our family of three but also after dropping our son to boarding school my husband and I enjoyed what felt like an oasis with the outdoor area. Gym was comfortable and had what we needed. Bring a hand towel as the gym has none. It is about a 1.5 mile walk (lil far but beautiful and shaded). One suggestion for future guests would be to use the back entrance of reunion to avoid I4\. Instead of exiting through the gates closest to the property, make a right and keep going straight to the rear exit. Thank you Michael for a very nice stay.
